She is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and family stress.
Her clinical work has included specialized experience in psychosexual evaluations, forensic and court-involved cases, family reunification matters, and work with justice-involved populations. Additionally, Dr. Gittelson is also passionate about sports and performance psychology, helping clients and athletes of all kinds progress into the best versions of themselves both in their sport of choice and in their personal lives.
