She has enriched her skills and clinical wisdom through self-education in the areas of biofeedback, brainwave entrainment, neuroplasticity, and alternative medicine. Iris has been practicing mental health and substance abuse counseling in the State of Florida for over twenty years. She has assisted people of every age group suffering from a variety of psychological disturbances, trauma, and addictions. In the last 3 years, she has taken a lead in the treatment of autism and developmental disorders. Iris is an advocate for education. She has developed and taught multiple workshops in her community to educate people on mental health and emotional growth.

Dr. Julie Gittelson is a licensed psychologist practicing in the state of Florida. She has been licensed since 2025 and has extensive experience providing psychological assessment, treatment, and consultation across a variety of clinical settings. Dr. Gittelson has worked with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of psychological concerns, including trauma-related disorders, anxiety, and behavioral concerns.
Her clinical work has included specialized experience in psychosexual evaluations, forensic and court-involved cases, family reunification matters, and work with justice-involved populations. Additionally, Dr. Gittelson is also passionate about sports and performance psychology, helping clients and athletes of all kinds progress into the best versions of themselves both in their sport of choice and in their personal lives.
